When Jesus returns, the entire world will realize it.
The Bible describes Christ’s second coming as a visual and powerful event that can shake heaven and earth. Jesus will return to Jerusalem, specifically the Mount of Olives, after appearing within the clouds for all to see. His coming won’t be hidden, neither is it simply an emblem. After returning, Jesus will fulfill ancient prophecies and start his final reign on earth.
Where Will Jesus Return?
Though Scripture doesn’t pinpoint exact geographic coordinates, it indicates that Jesus’ second coming will occur when he appears within the clouds after which returns to Jerusalem, town of David, which is prophetically central to God’s redemptive plan.
Jesus declared in Matthew 24:30: “Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, after which all of the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they’ll see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.” Here, Christ makes it clear how:
