A detail from an elaborate 18th-century Neapolitan Nativity currently on display within the Faith Museum in Auckland Palace, Bishop Auckland, as a part of the Auckland Project. The intricate display, also often known as a presepe in Italian, comprises lots of of components created by a team of craftspeople throughout the 18th century, and measures 11 ft tall and 15 ft wide. It has taken a team of technicians several weeks to construct. Runs until New Year’s Eve
