Corinthians 6:19-20 tells us that our body is a temple and we’re to take care of it. Today I went on a walk with my dog Carmen and I’m attempting to do my best to handle my body as we age. Our bodies change and what we want changes as well but I’m here to remind you today even when it is straightforward as going outside and getting some vitamin D and taking your dog for a walk or drinking some water or having coffee with a friend that may lift up our emotional and mental state. So do something today to handle yourself and your body so that you simply are helping yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally, and also you’re also helping yourself spiritually.
