Christianity is a each day walk with Jesus, which helps us navigate life each when it is nice, and once we are battling ailments like anxiety. We can depend on our faith to assist calm anxiety, a sense of unease, worry, or fear, and that may range from mild to very severe and debilitating. All of us have felt the overwhelming weight of tension, like a punch within the pit of our stomachs and the palpitating heart flutters of tension attempting to take root. Maybe not on a regular basis, possibly just for a season, or a circumstance. A crucial human emotion, it serves as a crucial alarm system, keeping us secure like a warning system in our automobile. Sometimes, that warning light stays, leaving us anxious when danger has passed. Our bodies tell us they need attention or healing, and unless we take care of those things, it just grows.Â
For some, anxiety, whether a diagnosed mental illness or common anxiety that has spun uncontrolled, learn to live with it as their constant each day companion. It can turn into a compass by which we determine the trail we’ll walk each day. Whether we go to the shop, work, school, see family, or sometimes even we’ll get away from bed. Â
