In our path of religion, we undergo times after we lack motivation to pursue goals or engage in activities that align with the desire of God. We can turn out to be apathetic or disinterested towards others or our responsibilities. We may struggle to initiate or sustain our efforts within the things we should always be doing. Sometimes, we may feel frustrated or dissatisfied with life generally. It is during these times that we want to speak with God essentially the most.
Are you lacking a transparent sense of purpose in life? Are you battling low self-esteem or feelings of inadequacy? Are you afraid of failing or making mistakes? Are you feeling overwhelmed by high expectations or your responsibilities? Are you experiencing stress and burnout? Do you are feeling helpless, isolated, undervalued, or unappreciated? Talk to God about it.
God understands our doubts, fears, concerns and weaknesses. He created us and knows us even higher than we all know ourselves. He cares for us and loves us unconditionally. He is our strength and shield. He is all the time with us wherever we go and won’t ever forsake us. So, we are able to place our trust and hope within the Lord to supply us with the motivation we want.
Here are 3 prayers for if you find yourself lacking motivation.
